  Toppers claims that they're not "nickel and diming" customers like the big pizza chains and I'm sitting here sorta wishing I could have gone to dominoes instead. Other chains have better pricing . Don't get me wrong. The pizza was very good. But while toppers has good pizza, other chains (like dominoes) have pizza that's better for the price.. Don't be completely discouraged. Check out toppers for yourself. I put up with a lot of bs for this pizza, and honestly I'll come back but rarely, for great pizza like this.

  I've ordered delivery from Toppers a few times, and each time have been met with a hour and a half wait, or a delivery of the wrong pizza. This time I ordered I was met with an angry delivery driver that told me my house was 4 miles outside of the delivery zone which was then costing him money.If that was the case, I should have been told that I was out of the zone and then could only do a pick up order.
  
  Better communication for those of us who live slightly further away than Brookings proper would be great.

  Not Impressed! Walked out after 50 minutes of waiting for my pizza without a pizza. I was told it would take 15 minutes when I ordered. Found out after three times of asking where my pizza was that it apparently got stuck to the top of the oven and they had to make it over. I would have been fine with that had I been told this when I asked the first time after waiting 30 minutes. What would have been better is if they would have came and told me that without me having to ask. When asked to speak with a manager, he did not even come to the counter to talk to me. He continued to work as he talked to me from behind the shelf of boxes. I asked for a refund and left. Definitely in need of some customer service training. Would not recommend.
